5. Purchases and Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe, and by purchasing, you authorise Stripe and The Insightful Co Limited to charge your payment method for the total purchase amount.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Any changes will not affect transactions that have already been completed.
Subscriptions and Renewals
Certain Services (such as maintenance or membership plans) are offered as recurring subscriptions.
By subscribing, you agree that payments will be automatically billed on a recurring basis until cancelled in accordance with these Terms, and for the minimum subscription duration of 12 months.
6. Refund Policy
Services (e.g., Teardowns, Audits, Consulting):
Refunds are available only before the onboarding form is completed.
Once the form is submitted, work begins immediately and no refunds can be issued.
Courses and Memberships:
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if:

Course materials have not been accessed, or

A valid technical or service issue prevents delivery and cannot be resolved.

Refunds outside the initial 30-day period cannot be granted due to affiliate program conditions.
7. The Conversion Lab Membership
Membership grants subscribers access to all current and future courses and exclusive content for the duration of their active subscription.
You may not share login details or resell course content.
Membership is billed annually and renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
8. Affiliate Program
By joining our affiliate program, you agree to:

Promote our products and services ethically and truthfully.

Not use your own affiliate link to make personal purchases.

Respect attribution and payout terms as outlined below.
Commission: 10-20% on all qualifying referrals, paid monthly after a 30-day confirmation period (to account for refunds) and subject to a minimum payout value of £50.
Attribution: Last-click model.
Payment: Recurring commissions continue for as long as the referred customer remains active.
We reserve the right to revoke affiliate access or withhold payments in cases of fraud, misuse, or breach of policy.
9. Maintenance & Security Subscriptions
Maintenance and security services for WordPress/WooCommerce sites are billed monthly with a 12-month minimum term, after which they continue on a rolling basis with 30 days’ notice required for cancellation.
Services include daily backups, updates, uptime monitoring, and optional site speed optimisation.
Maintenance plans do not include new feature development, design changes, or content uploads.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources on this website (including text, images, graphics, course materials, frameworks, and reports) are owned by or licensed to The Insightful Co Limited.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt any material without written permission.
Clients and students are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access purchased materials for personal or internal business use only.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We do not guarantee that our Services will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant Service.
